Andrew Shubin is a cum laude graduate of the Temple University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of the United States District Court for Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Shubin sits on the Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union and is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). Mr. Shubin has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Prison Society and Women's Resource Center, Centre County, Pennsylvania.
Attorney Shubin has lectured extensively on constitutional law and litigation, prisoner's rights, criminal process and procedure. He has practiced law in Philadelphia, Central Pennsylvania, and various other jurisdictions.
